Spur’s Indri Tulusan is also now based in Singapore. She holds a Medical Science, Design products BA Hons + MA(RCA), and has previously worked at Nokia, where she was responsible for setting up and conducting exploratory design research in Japan, China, India and Ghana. She also designed and facilitated co-creation processes to successfully inform and inspire design teams, business and marketing divisions. Prior to moving to Japan she was based in London for 10 years. Here she was the co-founder and creative director of the user research and service design consultancy TEKO, who successfully created future services and products by placing new technologies in the right social contexts.
Spur offers a wide range of innovation activities; whether working within mobile, health or communication industries their process usually starts from involving the consumer creatively to discover opportunities, then taking these into product and service ideas and strategies.
